This helps manage all stakeholders’ interests at each stage of the assignment process, where clearly-defined competencies are established against which each Orion consultant undertakes competency-based interviews to aid candidate selection.
Through the application and adherence to our 12 step methodology, our completion rate for assignments is extremely high. This has produced client confidence through precedent.
