Simon Treadgold – Managing Director Orion Consulting Services
Simon joined the RMA Sandhurst in 1983 after attending Marlborough College. He was Commissioned into the Welsh Guards and subsequently served in the Army for 20 Years.
In 2003 he left the military and joined a newly formed private security company called Olive Group. During the next 3 years Simon undertook the roles of Security consultant, Business Development manager, HR Manager and General Manager (UK). During an 18 month period as HR manager he was responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and selection of over 250 consultants, including senior non-executive and management opportunities.
Since 2008 Simon has been the Managing Director of Orion Consultancy.
